About the Company

Hi! Nice to meet you.

I'm Aaron, a designer based in the USA, aiming to make fun, high-end, and tactile input devices.

Growing up, I've always been around technology and grew a liking for it. Not just cutting-edge technology, but also the old vintage technology that my parents kept in our house growing up. The laptops with trackballs built-in, the PDAs with physical thumb keyboards, the phones that flip, and of course, the keyboards that clack.

While I've always had a liking for these old keyboards, I truly entered the rabbit hole in 2012, when I bought my first mechanical keyboard - the Unicomp Endurapro. I was excited for it, and when I got it I loved it even more than I thought I would. I looked up more things about keyboards, and registered an account on Geekhack the same year to follow the then-niche hobby.

I followed along with the hobby, watching it grow and becoming even more awesome. I became more and more invested, and my love for the hobby has only deepened.

Synth Labs is my company which I'd like to use to share my passion with others.

While it is currently a one-person operation, I'm very interested in growing, interacting with the community, and collaborating with others.

If you'd like to get in touch, feel free to reach out!
